Oats eggless Pan cake with veggies


  • 40 gm oats ( coarsely grind in blender)
  • 1/2 cup mixed greens, vegetables and olives
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 5 ml ghee or oil for greasing and cooking


  1. Combine all the ingredients, along with 1/2 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
  2. Heat a non-stick griddle and grease.
  3. Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make thick round aroudn 4 inches.
  4. Cook, using5 ml, till it turns light brown in colour from both sides.
  5. Enjoy with mint chutney or fresh olives
