Oats eggless Pan cake with veggies
Ingredients
- 40 gm oats ( coarsely grind in blender)
- 1/2 cup mixed greens, vegetables and olives
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- salt to taste
- 5 ml ghee or oil for greasing and cooking
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients, along with 1/2 cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency.
- Heat a non-stick griddle and grease.
- Pour a spoonful of the batter on it and spread in a circular motion to make thick round aroudn 4 inches.
- Cook, using5 ml, till it turns light brown in colour from both sides.
- Enjoy with mint chutney or fresh olives
