Being a vegetarian and having severe eggs intolerance, Soya is my rescue food when it comes to proteins. This is my perfect substitute to meat – power packed with proteins and other essential nutrients. It contains 336 calories per 100 grams of product.

50 gm Soya nuggets (fine powder)
1 tablespoon PsylliumHusk
1 green chilli
Handful of Fresh Cilantro
1 inch ginger chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee or coconut oil
1 tablesppon yogurt
Chat masala or red chili powder
Salad of your choice
1.Finely grind the soya granules in a blender. Make a fine flour. 2.Add green chilies, salt,cilantro,ginger,garlic and mix well. Add water and husk. Knead nicely and make a soft dough. 3.Divide the dough into 2 equal balls. Shape each ball into flat round tikki or cutlet. 4.Heat a non stick pan, 5.Place the cutlet with care on the pan, it breaks easily. Drizzle oil and cook till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Cook till crisp. 6.Garnish with yogurt, mint chutney, chat masala and salad. Serve hot.
