- Bay leaf
- Bowl or ash tray
- Take 1-2 dried bay leaves, put in a container where you can burn it,
(I didn’t have an ashtray so used essential oil burner) light it up and leave the room.
- After couple of minutes the bay leaves will be burned out, and the room will be full of incense smoke that will create a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.
- Breathe in the smoke. Inhale deeply and relax your body and mind.
