Ketogenic Paneer and Vegetable Appams or munchkins


If you are a vegetarian and following a Ketogenic diet, this recipe comes as a delicious rescue:

  • Paneer- 100 gram
  • Shredded cheese -10gm
  •  Salt n Pepper- as per taste
  • Cilantro- Finely chopped
  • Green chili -Finely chopped optional
  • Finely chopped onion, spinach, colored peppers (with in macros)
  1. Blend together – paneer, cheese, veggies and all of the seasoning in a mixer until it makes a smooth dough like consistency. You can bind it easily.
  2. Heat up appe pan. Brush with oil/ghee.
  3. Roll paneer dough in small balls.
  4. Place balls on appe pan. Let it cook on medium flme for 2-3mins.
  5. Keep turning the side and cook well until it looks crunchy!
  6. That’s it!! Serve with garden fresh mint chutney
