Keto friendly Seeds Relish

Ingredients

Flax seeds 1/2 cup
Chia Seeds- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 10-12 leaves or cilantro (Optional)
Coriander seeds 4 tsp
Dry red chilies 3-4
garlic cloves 2-3 (Optional)
Unsweetened Dry Coconut 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black salt or any salt 1tsp or as per taste

Method

Dry roast the flax seeds and chia seeds separately on a low flame for 2 to 3 mins.
You can hear a crackling sound while roasting.
Take out the roasted flax and chia seeds in a plate.
In the same pan pan and add curry leaves /cilantro leaves saute low flame for 3 minutes. Roast till they get wilter and take them out.
Now roast coriander seeds,red chilly and cumin seeds in the same pan. Stir consatanly and roast untill they turn slightly brown in color.
In the end after switchingnoff the flame add cocnout as it burns fast, make sure ot to burn.Also roast the grated coconut until they change in color and take them out in a plate.\.
Let everything cool and mix in a bleder with 2-3 cloves of garlic
