Guacamole With Fruit Punch

We all love Guacamole but feels bad when it turns black.
Here is a quick tip: You simply bury the pit in your bowl of freshly made guacamole before putting it in the fridge or setting aside until the party and it’ll look as good as freshly made when your guests arrive. Your friends will surely ask you why the pit is inside and you can drop your knowledge. You can also press the plastic cling wrap directly against the top of the guacamole and seal along the edges of the dish until it’s as air-tight as possible. Best party tips ever!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 jalapeno, stem and seeds removed, minced (add more or less to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • sea salt- as per taste
  • dash of cumin
  • ¼ cup diced mango
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple
  • ¼ cup diced papaya
  • 1 Tbsp minced red onion
  • You can add fruits of your choice

I used Mortar Pestle. It adds extra flavor as it release juices when crushed.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Grind together avocados, jalapeno, pineapple, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, cumin with until well-mixed.(use mortar pestle)
  2. Fold in mango, papaya, and pomegranate. Serve immediately, garnished with extra fresh pineapple and chopped cilantro. Serve in pineapple shell. It adds extra flavor.
