Samta I have to tell you…
I have gone and consulted multiple nutritionists and dietician and had almost lost hope till I met you.
You call it fate or destiny you have literally changed how I think and perceive life now. It has been a major transformation not weight wise but health and stamina wise. I eat healthy, think healthy and feel so much light and healthy. I have considerable improvement in my pcod condition to a point where I hardly even get to know I had my periods from a point where I would have all these painful symptoms starting days before. Yes and I do look much better as I have lost fat close to 7 kgs in 12 weeks.
