The clock is ticking. Are you becoming the person you want to be?’
I don’t have time to workout.
This is probably the most common fitness excuse of them all. First off, when you say you don’t have enough time, what you’re really saying is “I don’t have enough time for that”. Do you really think that if you were to add up all the time you spend watching TV and surfing the web throughout the average week you couldn’t replace any of it with a workout or planning your meals?
Everyday we have a chance to make excuses or to try to be fit.. Excuses don’t get you to your goal.. So proud of you Ruhi, full time job, cooking 3 course meals for whole family, planning your own meals, never skipping a workout. Way to go!!!

I was introduced to Samta from my husband’s colleague . I have tried diet plans before too and lost weight, but Samta went beyond that by teaching me the right way to eat… she was always approachable and willing to offer alternatives in my diet, especially since I’m a picky eater. Her diet plan has taught me to eat right a quantified, balanced, and healthy diet. The past 12 weeks have been really delightful with her. I lost almost 12 pounds and couple of inches looking forward for more. Samta always checks in on me with her texts. Love the way she motivates every single morning! Best part of this diet plan was I stopped eating sweets and she had alternatives for sugar. I would definitely recommend Samta to anyone who is looking to redefine their relationship with food.
