My journey of health transformation began almost 12 weeks ago with Samta.It was only this time that I knew and I could almost instantly feel that the coming 12 weeks would be miraculous in nature. It was only about a week struggle to really control what I was eating and how much I was eating, post which it has been a smooth ride.
Samta has helped me extensively by guiding me at every step and being available almost every time I’m craving for something. More than a trainer she’s been my a friend, who’s been there on days when I was bloating, when my weight wasn’t going down and when I was craving for some dripping chocolate.
Her commitment towards the people she’s taking care of is incredible. Had it not been her, this journey would have been tougher and almost impossible to Crack. When I started, I was 91 kgs and today I’m in 81 kgs. Before going on a diet regime, I was ordering out almost 4 days in a week. And the thought of not having good food was a haunting. But Samta really understood where I was coming from and planned my diet and schedule in a way that it won’t kill me of the thought of having to eat no food. The weight has gone down but something else has also changed. She helped me understand and explained how important it was to self appreciate even when the digits on the weighing scale didn’t go down.It has been a great journey and I look forward to leading a healthy life. It is incredible that one can really shed some kilos by jng exactly what they generally eat but by quantifying it according to their body.
