As I get close to being 50, my weight has also been creeping on me and especially my waistline over the years. I have tried over the last 2 years various diets which did work but were not sustainable and hard to keep up with. In addition, my work included a lot of travel and business meals which contributed to the issue. I made changes to my work and now require almost no travel. With the current situation, I looked at it as an opportunity to make changes to my overall lifestyle. I was looking for a suitable change that worked with my daily routine and eating habits rather than a crash program that I couldn’t maintain.

My friend introduced me to Samta and working with her has been amazing. The 12-week journey with her was delightful. She taught me how to make lifestyle changes including portion control and understand the macros in food. Not once through the process did I feel I was being deprived of anything that I love including wine.
