2 Ingredients – Banana and Oatmeal cookies (Babies, Toddlers, Adults)

I had 3 banana lying in my fruits basket turning over ripe. I didn’t feel like wasting them, so made these easy two ingredients cookies with oats. You don’t need any fancy ingredients just bananas and oats. These are dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and vegan. Very good for breakfast or to carry with you for work, kids school, teething babies.
Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas
2 cup oats
Optional : raisins, vanilla extract, cacao nibs, nuts, maple syrup, agave nectar, nuts or coconut flakes

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place oats in blender if you are making for babies and toddlers. You can use without grinding too for everyone else in the family.
In a large bowl, peel banana and mash it with fork or hands until smooth.
Add in 2 cups oats.
You can add any optional ingredients such as raisins, dark chocolate chips, nuts, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Make a dough.
Take a baking sheet and grease it with oil.
Drop dough with tablespoons onto baking tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies turn golden brown.
Set on a cooling rack to cool completely.
