I had 3 banana lying in my fruits basket turning over ripe. I didn’t feel like wasting them, so made these easy two ingredients cookies with oats. You don’t need any fancy ingredients just bananas and oats. These are dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and vegan. Very good for breakfast or to carry with you for work, kids school, teething babies.
