From couple of years, I go to gym 5 days a week. During this course I try to enroll myself to the challenges for losing loose weight in that duration. After losing certain amount of weight I again gain back the weight even though I followed the diet.
I always use to think eating less is good for losing weight. Because of eating less I used to feel stressed out and messed with my metabolism. My close friend suggested me to enroll with FitWithRTB Program under Samta. I personally met her and she explained me the concept of macronutrients and how eating quantified can do wonders.
I enrolled for the program with Samta Deepak. She always encourages me and motivates me a lot guides me really well. She is always there to answer to all question. She keeps motivating me every day. I also liked this program since I can eat what food I like within the quantities measured and given by my mentor. She keeps changing diet every 10 days with the ingredients I like. Below are transformation for 10 weeks. I feel more energetic, happy, stress free.
This is the beginning of my journey and there is long way to reach my goal. Thanks again for Samta for the encouragement.

From the client- I tried many things, starting from green tea to cumin water, crash diet (lost 4 kg in one month, and gained it back in very next month). But all in vain. I did not lose anything except my stamina and faced a lot of nausea. I never expected such great results from this kind of diet where I was told to eat more than I usually do. All my favorite things like Paneer, rice, roti, my masala chai. I never felt if I was on diet.
My only focus was to measure what I ate and it was really a big portion. I had tried everything and anything, which have been told by people to lose that excess weight, which I gained. But a right guidance is way to success. My transformation changed my family and friends perception towards diet and workout. My husband and daughter were a big support and specially my Mentor Samta. She motivated me on daily basis.
I have still long way to go and the final transformation is yet to come
